Denmark really never runs out of creative minds. This fact has been proven in the different sectors of society be it in science, information and technology, education, the arts and media.
The latest to gain a sweeping success is advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi Copenhagen. The agency was recently recognized as the most creative advertising agency of Denmark. Based on the current agency rankings of the country’s top 50 creatives, Saatchi & Saatchi attained 69 points, 20 points more than its arch rival.
In these rankings of Creative Circle, the agency also made waves owing to its creative staff. Three creative minds from the agency took three top awards specifically the first (Simon Wooller), third (Rasmus Petersen) and fourth place (Lasse Baekbo Hinke). Three more staff made it to the top 20 list.
Saatchi & Saatchi Copenhagen has come up with amazing and captivating commercials for its clients. The recent ones were those for Sprite Zero and Quiksilver. The agency’s advertisement campaign of the Sprite Zero No Sugar resulted in a 26.6 percent sales increase for the soft drink company in Scandinavia. The commercial also reached some eight million people in the region. Not surprisingly, the same ad successfully reaped gold, silver and bronze awards at Cannes Lions. The commercial’s achievement was notable in radio, integrated and outdoor.
On the other hand, the agency’s “Dynamite Surfing” viral for Quiksilver achieved huge viewership as it was watched 35 million times by people around the world. Additionally, another campaign of Quiksilver “Original Thinking” led to a 10 to 20 percent increase in sales for the long term as well as a 25 percent hike in the number of stores selling Quiksilver in the Scandinavian region.
Saatchi & Saatchi’s executives say they are committed to providing clients with creative solutions and getting fresh talent with great potential. That’s the right attitude because success shouldn’t actually stop people from learning and doing more great work.
